For several years, United Methodist University has been a strong partner with the Samuel Morris Scholars Program. UMU currently serves as the fiduciary agent for the Samuel Morris Educational Resource and Conference Center construction project in Greenville. Since 2013, Dr. Emmanuel Bailey, President of UMU, has graciously provided lodging at the Mississippi Inn in Greenville for visiting teams from the U.S. IEL was pleased to present 20 laptops to UMU for their new Samuel Morris Digital Learning Center. KA-Lite will be used in an innovative math program for incoming freshmen students.
